Claire Blackadder has been appointed the new Group CFO of HL Display from August 17th. Claire is a solid finance executive with close to 30 years of experience from various finance roles, working across the Nordics as well as in European projects, e.g. at Mondelēz (Kraft Foods). Since 2017 she has served as Finance Director Sweden at Fazer Bakery.

Claire will bring a solid CFO toolbox to HL Display in combination with strong leadership. She has vast skills in business controlling and getting efficient processes in place. She is a highly motivated leader with an excellent drive in reaching success through people and business partnering.

In the interim, Peter Wallin from Ratos will work as interim CFO at HL alongside his roles as Executive Chairman in HENT and Board member in Aibel.

Peter joined Ratos in 2018 as CFO and Business Areas President. He has over the past 18 years served in various leadership positions at the international Construction and Project Development Group Skanska, the last 7 years as Group CFO, deputy CEO and Executive Vice President. Before that, Peter worked in the finance industry on both the Debt and the Equity capital markets side. Peter temporarily stepped out of the CFO role at Ratos from February 2020 to focus on HENT and Aibel. Under the current situation where Ratos needs to secure the stability of its businesses, Peter’s efforts will be somewhat reallocated over the HL Display CFO transition.
